The second-tallest of IMS’s four ridged M-pattern B70 doubles — 26.5mm, two millimetres deeper than the H24.5 and two below the H28.5. IMS rates it at 18–20g for a dark roast, rising to 22–24g for a light roast, which makes it the natural choice for the light, high-dose recipes common in competition and specialty cafés.

Otherwise it is the familiar B70 geometry: Ø70mm border, Ø60mm body, a 60.5mm external ridge to seat securely in the portafilter, and 641 holes of 0.30mm in IMS’s M pattern. Same official B70 compatibility as the rest of the series — E61 and 58/58.4mm-tamper machines from La Marzocco, Rancilio, Lelit, Rocket, ECM and the Breville Oracle.
